PUNCH x Gee (Patta)
A specially curated evening to celebrate ATLAS
To mark Steve McQueen’s first solo exhibition in the Netherlands, this PUNCH evening is curated by Patta founder Gee. As a creative family through and through, Patta fosters inspiring collaborations, cultural crossovers and unconventional forms.
In honour of Steve McQueen – ATLAS, Patta founder Guillaume ‘Gee’ Schmidt is taking over the museum garden at De Pont Museum for a special PUNCH evening.
From 5 pm, admission to the museum is free. Visit the Steve McQueen – ATLAS exhibition and then join us in the garden, where music, food and socialising will take place. In the spirit of McQueen’s work — in which film, sound, visual culture and social engagement are constantly intertwined — Patta presents an evening full of cultural crossover, collaboration and unexpected forms.

Patta was founded by Edson Sabajo and Guillaume ‘Gee’ Schmidt, both rooted in the Dutch hip-hop and nightlife culture of the 1990s and early 2000s. What began as a shared love of trainers, music and community has grown into a leading international, Black-owned streetwear brand. Today, Patta comprises a clothing line, Patta Soundsystem, Patta Running Team and the Patta Foundation, which focuses on cultural education for young people.
