De Pont is celebrating its twenty-fifth anniversary. To mark this occasion, and in appreciation of Anish Kapoor's long-standing relationship with the museum, the British artist has created a tall stainless-steel sculpture, six meters in height, which has been installed in a garden in front of the museum, specially designed by Sophie Walker. The sculpture was unveiled on Saturday 16 September 2017, in the presence of HRH Princess Beatrix. On that day the museum also opened the exhibition ReView, for which special works of art that have been part of De Pont's past exhibitions have returned as 'guests' of the collection.

De Pont is approximately one hour from Amsterdam or Antwerp. The museum has only a small parking lot.
We strongly advise you to use parking garage Knegtel, which is less than a ten-minute walk from the museum.

From the Tilburg railway station, De Pont can be reached by bus lines 5 and 7, or it is a 15 minute walk. View Map
